DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE
Las estadísticas actuales muestran que más y más mujeres en México son usando drogas ilícitas, pero solo el 8.8% de esas mujeres tienen acceso a la tratamiento necesario. En comparación con los otros países, México tiene el mayor problema con el alcohol, con alta tasa de mortalidad para enfermedad del hígado por alcohol (NCBI).
Current statistics show that more and more women in Mexico are using illicit drugs, but only 8.8% of those women have access to the treatment needed. In comparison to othercountries, Mexico has the highest drinking score, with high mortality rate for alcohol liver disease (NCBI).
TEEN PREGNANCY
According to the UN, Mexico has the highest rate of teen pregnancies out of all other countries of OECD. Because of the lack of available health care, many young women subject themselves to unsafe abortions, resulting in high maternal mortality and health issues (Mexico News Daily).
Según la ONU, México tiene la tasa más alta de adolescentes embarazos de todos los demás países de la OCDE. Debido a la falta de atención disponible, muchos las mujeres jóvenes se sujetan a abortos inseguros, lo que resulta en alta mortalidad materna y problemas de salud (México News Daily).
